Using TailNestly
TailNestly helps you record and organize pet care. You agree to use the app lawfully and to provide accurate information when you choose to enter it.
Pet care and reminders
TailNestly is a tracking and reminder tool, not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for confirming medicine names, doses, schedules, and care decisions with a veterinarian. Notifications depend on device settings and services and are not guaranteed to arrive on time.
Your content and account
You retain responsibility for the pet profiles, notes, and photos you add. Keep your device and account secure. If you enable sync, selected pet and care data is sent to TailNestly’s service. You can export or delete your account in the app; local device data may remain until you remove it there.
Sharing
You control which pets you share with a caretaker. Only invite people you trust. You can revoke access in the app; records already copied to another person’s device may not be removed from that device immediately.
Subscriptions
Some features require TailNestly Pro. The price and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
Availability and ownership
We work to keep TailNestly available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every reminder will be delivered. TailNestly’s app, name, and branding belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
Changes and contact
We may update the app or these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law. Questions: caglarergul@me.com.
